Have you got questions about your transition? We’ve answered the most important ones here.
Which information will I need to provide?

Upon your approval, Taxdoo will already share most information with us. In addition, you will be required to provide certain details directly to Marosa which you can find in our dedicated Onboarding Page.

 

How long does it take?

Your onboarding begins as soon as you request and accept your quote. We’ll ask you for the remaining documentation and get your business ready for the next VAT filing.

When is the right time to start?

 

You will need a new VAT compliance provider — and starting early ensures your business remains compliant without disruption. 

We designed our transition plan so you start transitioning early in January. Once ready, you can continue to work with Taxdoo until May 1st, at that point you will migrate to Marosa seemlessly. 

We also planned our pricing to promote early birds. 

How is communication with Marosa handled, and in which language?

We currently offer customer support in English, German, Spanish and Italian. All standard written communication (including newsletters and updates) is provided in English, consistent with the language used in the VATify VAT compliance platform.

Where is Marosa based?
Marosa is an international VAT compliance and tax technology company with staff in different European countries and operational headquarters in Spain.
Can pro forma invoices still be created if I switch to Marosa?

Yes - you can still generate pro-forma invoices after switching to Marosa.
If you need pro forma invoices to support intra-EU movements of goods (for the transfer of your own stock), MAROSA provides this service for EUR 99 per month.

Transaction reports are extracted directly through the Amazon - VATify integration and automatically uploaded to your VATify account. Once complete, the transaction report is regenerated and used to prepare the pro-forma invoices.

How will my data be transferred to Marosa?

Automatically. You will connect VATify, our software, with your Amazon seller account. Every month, we will pull the relevant VAT information from your account via API.

You can also add Zalando and other marketplace data with our dedicated importer. For example, you will extract Zalando reports and upload them to VATify in the same format as you extracted them.

Can Marosa provide additional VAT support?
Yes,  we support your business with a full end-to-end VAT solution across Europe. That includes VAT registration changes,  handling your VAT questions or changes to your VAT registrations. All done in-house by our team.
